The epilogue basically tells you how to be the best physician you can be. This is a good primer on cultural competency and how to interact with patients from different cultures effectively.
This book contains a number of stories about medical practice and is a great book to make you think about what it means to be a physician. I love this book because it is not only perfectly in line with my thesis work, but also the field that I am extremely interested in learning more about. Even if someone doesn't want to be a neonatologist the book still is really informative, interesting, and a relatively light read short and simple.
